"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
If you've just joined us, I suggest you backtrack and start at the beginning of this sessions of blogs
as to receive the full understanding of what I am speaking.
Today I am going to explain further the definition of feelings-emotion-thoughts and beliefs.
This will help you when I start to go into the connection of my own life and how they all relate.
Thought is - thinking a idea, concept, so on
Feelings- an impression produced upon a person:having sensation
Emotions- strong surge of feelings marked by a impulse to outward expressions
Beliefs- mental conviction, something you believe
So it goes something like this: you have a thought( everything begins with a thought) and if
you think on it long enough you will have a feeling that will produce an action.
Example: If you became very angry at someone but held the anger inside- this is a FEELING.
However, if you became angry and let yourself explode, either verbally or phyciallysiy, the feeling of anger
would then manifest itself as an EMOTION. In other words, the EMOTION is the outward
expression or reaction of the FEELING, or...the EMOTION is the result of a thought and an intense
feeling coming together.
Your thoughts are energy that carry frequency. Energy moves in pulses- like waves. So if you are
angry and continue on thinking the negative thought it will create feelings of frustration and then the
action of yelling or saying wrong words are right behind the thought. The negative energy is
sending chaos energy frequencies. On the other side of this if you are thinking happy thoughts
creating good feelings, encouraging words will be coming soon. The positive thought is producing
a flow of steady energy frequencies. Negativity the body gets out of sorts and with the positive
the body stays calm.
So start taking notice of when you are tempted to get stressed, upset what thoughts can you trace
it back to and also if you are happy trace it back to what you are thinking...
